The Cement Division of Birla Corporation Limited has seven plants, having an installed capacity of 5.8 million tons. After the completion of the ongoing expansion projects, the capacity will increase to 7 million tons.This plant manufacture varieties of cement, including Ordinary Portland Cement OPC, 43 & 53 grades, fly ash–based Portland Pozzolana Cement PPC, Portland Slag Cement PSC and low alkali Portland Cement. Recently, the Company has started producing Sulphate Resistant Cement SRC and it has been well accepted in the market.
