Berolan airentraining admixtures are characterised by high efficiency. They produce a very fine, stable air void system. A special characteristic of the Berolan products is dustfree filling of the storage vessels. Berolan promotes the wettability of the dry building material mixture with water and supplements the dispersing effect of cellulose. Additionally, the airentrainment increases the yield of the mortar and reduces the risk of shrinkage cracking. It is a characteristic of Berolan to form very small and stable air voids, particularly in gypsumbased plastering mortars. An additional effect is a recognizable improvement of the open time.
